Service Description

On-Demand Remote Support provides pay-as-you go technical support. The cost is $45/hr, and is not prorated. If resolution takes five minutes or sixty minutes the price is $45. If resolution takes longer than an hour, then each additional hour it takes to resolve your issue is $25/hr, not prorated. If you find you are frequently calling us for remote assistance you may benefit from one of our block hours plans. Block hour plans are paid up-front and you may purchase in increments of twenty hours. The Block hour plans are pro-rated and your hours are deducted from your prepaid fee in increments of 15 minutes at a rate of 11.25/15 minutes round to the nearest 15 minute increment. The twenty hour block plan is all inclusive and covers remote support, onsite support, for any covered occurrence of BASIC Support. Please refer to our block plans for more details.
